The Big Give Makes A Big Impact For Annual Campaign

The Big Give, a rebranding of United Jewish Federation’s Super Sunday, was held in mid-November, as UJF offices were transformed to a festive blue and white in support of Israel.

Annual campaign calls were made throughout the day and close to $250K was raised to support the Annual Campaign. Throughout the day, other community activities took place including “Advocacy Training 101,” a PJ Library “kids funday” with young families and children  decorating and filling mugs for local first responders, and a Dignity Grows packing event that totaled 50 totes packed and delivered to those in need.

“We raise 80 percent of our annual campaign in the last 3 months of the year and we are trying to reach our annual goal while also raising money for the war in Israel. While the success of The Big Give brings us closer to our goal, it is our hope that these times of crisis show the community just how vital Federation is and that the community will step up to support the Annual Campaign,” shared UJF CEO Diane Sloyer.

Today, you can "give big" by giving to Federations 2023 Annual Campaign for communal needs. Just as a firehouse with its equipment in place to aid in the event of a fire, a strong Federation is ready whenever crises arise.

Federation’s Annual Campaign ends December 31, so please give generously at www.ujf.org/give to help UJF build a strong and vibrant Jewish Community in Fairfield County and around the world.
