A Message from UJF's Community Shlicha: Introducing Eden Refaelovich

Hi, I’m Eden. I’m a 27-year-old from Nesher in northern Israel, near Haifa. I have an identical twin sister and a 12-year-old brother and sister that are twins as well. I also have a dog named Kai.

As for my hobbies, I love playing volleyball and riding horses. A fun fact about me is that I used to participate in equestrian competitions. In the last two summers, I was a specialist in Israeli culture and teen leadership at summer camps in the United States. Professionally, I worked on the social media team of a large bank in Israel for six years, and also served in the Israeli Navy.

As a teen, I took part in a youth movement called Madatzim, where I spent about four years as a young counselor. Additionally, I participated in the Nesher Youth Council, helping to establish various projects for youth during the summer and throughout the year.

I am very excited to be a part of this community, to bring my personal story and experiences. I look forward to meeting each and every one of you and creating long-lasting memories together.

Thank you!
